User Agreement

This User Agreement (“Agreement“) governs your use of the Playmanity website, services, and mobile applications (collectively, the “Platform“). By accessing or using our Platform, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not use our Platform.

To use certain features of our Platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate and complete information during the registration process.

You agree not to engage in any of the following activities while using our Platform:

Uploading, transmitting, or distributing any harmful, defamatory, or obscene content

3.2. Content Submission

If you submit any content to our Platform, excluding games and game studios, you grant Playmanity a worldwide, royalty-free, and perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, and distribute the content.

Termination

4.1. Termination by You

You may terminate this Agreement at any time by ceasing to use our Platform.

4.2. Termination by Playmanity

Playmanity may terminate this Agreement and suspend or terminate your account for any reason, including violation of this Agreement.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our Platform is provided on an “as-is“ and “as-available“ basis, without any warranties or representations. We do not guarantee that our Platform will be uninterrupted or error-free.

6. Limitation of Liability

Shall Playmanity not be liable for any indirect, consequential, or incidental damages arising out of or related to your use of our Platform.

7. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ukraine.

8. Changes to this Agreement

We may update this Agreement occasionally to reflect changes in our practices or for other operational, legal, or regulatory reasons. The updated version will be posted on our Platform with the effective date..
